Colonel Carolyn J. Patrick culminated her career as the Chief, United States Air Force Selection Board Secretariat, Headquarters Air Force Personnel Center, Joint Base San Antonio - Randolph, Texas. She earned her commission through the Air Force ROTC program in 1991, after graduating with honors from San Diego State University. She initially served as a behavioral scientist and earned a Master’s degree in psychology while conducting research on pilot selection methods at Arizona State University.  She cross-trained to the personnel career field in 1997 and held multiple command positions.  Colonel Patrick has deployed in support of Operations NORTHERN WATCH, IRAQI FREEDOM and NEW DAWN.
